Abusers Isolate and tear you down
My names is Dorothy and I blog on grammology.com I’m a wife mother grandmother great grandmother sibling and friend. At 63 in July I’ve lived a lot about life however not everything has gone the way I’d hoped. Like most of us we have dreams and it’s interesting when I ask friends how many have actually lived their ideas and we realize not many and often it’s because we’re repressed emotionally and have no idea how to step out and feel the moment. Therefore I’m glad to be a part of this new blog as I’ve always been a strong minded and able to feel life during the hardest days of my existence and most of us have had good and difficult times in our lives.
I’ve never feared for my life or been abused by anyone however I’ve had friends and family who suffer emotional and physical abuse and need someone to talk with as they attempt or ponder leaving the abusive relationship. There are no immediate answers for victims as most have been isolated from family and friends along with strategic mental manipulation to keep the person unable to help themselves this site offering information and education is the first step to a better life.
Therefore if I can help someone smile or just think positive for a moment I’ll be there or if you need to say I’m scared and perhaps knowing others will listen we can do that as well. It’s a start and a step towards the anticipation of you’re getting out and being strong making a journey to a better day one hour at a time. I’ll be back to read more and determine how I might be able to be a part of this wonderful support site for anyone who is a victim of violence or abuse of any kind so glad I found this and perhaps as bloggers we can make a difference. http://chronicchicktalk.com/
